Leather Collars

Leather collars and leashes are made with premium-quality English bridle leather. Hand stitched and/or riveted for strength and durability, with smooth hand-burnished edges for a beautiful and comfortable finish. Hardware is solid brass (brass finish or nickle-plated).

We stand behind our products and put a great deal of care and attention into every item we make. No returns unless product defective in materials or workmanship upon delivery. If, during your product's normal lifespan, it sustains damage through accident, neglect or other, we may be able to repair it for a reasonable fee. 

Shipping fees will be added to the order at checkout. International orders: customer pays all brokerage, insurance and other costs and fees.

Using a soft tape measure, measure the circumference of your dog's neck + 1-2 fingers. Alternatively, buckle up your dog's best-fitting collar and measure its inner circumference. Leather collars fit to the size ordered, with 2 adjustment holes either side of the centre hole.

Example: your dog's collar measures 15". Your dog's new leather collar will be 15" when buckled on the centre hole; it can be adjusted smaller or larger to accomodate leather stretch over time, as well as changes in your dog's coat and body condition.

Leather is a natural material, and needs care and maintenance to last as long as possible. The goal is to keep the leather soft and pliable. Keep your leather collar clean and dry. Periodically treat with leather conditioner. If your dog is often in wet situations, the use of Neatsfoot oil will extend your collar's life and keep the leather from cracking.
